Terms of Service

1. About ClaudeCash
ClaudeCash ("we", "us", "our") is a developer advertising platform based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We connect advertisers with developers who use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code extensions. Advertisers pay to display one-line text ads during AI inference waits; developers earn a revenue share on each impression served.
2. Advertiser terms
Advertisers purchase impression blocks at a fixed CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions) rate. Each block delivers exactly 1,000 ad impressions. You set your CPM rate at checkout; a higher rate means your ads are served before lower-rate campaigns, but all campaigns receive the full impression count purchased. Ads must not contain deceptive, illegal, adult, or otherwise harmful content. We reserve the right to reject or pause any campaign at our discretion without refund if it violates these terms.
3. Cancellation & refund policy
Campaigns in "pending" status (payment received but no impressions served yet) may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund by emailing helpme@claudecash.co. Once a campaign becomes "active" and impressions begin serving, no refunds are issued for delivered impressions. Undelivered impression blocks from an active campaign that we are unable to fulfil due to a technical failure on our end will be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
4. Developer earnings
Developers receive 50% of gross ad revenue generated through their integrations. Earnings are tracked in real time and credited to your ClaudeCash balance. Payouts are processed when your balance reaches USD $50.00. We reserve the right to withhold earnings where fraud or impression manipulation is detected. Fraudulent earnings are permanently forfeited.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use ClaudeCash to distribute malware, phishing links, or any content that violates applicable law. You may not manipulate impression counts artificially. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs. Violation of these terms results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
6. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific impression delivery timelines. Impression counts are tracked as accurately as technically possible. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.
7. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, Bangalore, India). By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your card details.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
