Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
ClaudeCash is a developer advertising platform based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Email: helpme@claudecash.co. This policy applies to claudecash.co and all ClaudeCash products.
2. Information we collect
Developer accounts: email address, Google OAuth profile name (if sign-in via Google), API key, earnings balance, payout details (bank/UPI account). Advertiser accounts: email address, brand name, ad copy, destination URL, payment transaction reference. Usage data: ad impression timestamps, platform identifiers (VS Code, Cursor, Claude Code CLI), IP address for rate-limiting purposes.
3. How we use your data
We use collected data to: authenticate users, process payments, calculate and pay developer earnings, deliver and track ad impressions, send campaign receipts and payout confirmations, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Payment processors
We use Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, Bangalore) to process payments. When you make a payment, relevant transaction data (name, email, payment amount) is shared with the processor. We do not store card numbers or CVV. Please review Razorpay's privacy policy for details of their data practices.
5. Third-party services
Supabase (database and authentication), Google Analytics GA4 (anonymous usage analytics), Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel (product analytics), and Netlify (hosting). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. Analytics data is anonymised and not linked to individual identities for advertising purposes.
6. Cookies
We use essential session cookies for authentication. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to understand product usage. You may decline non-essential cookies via our cookie consent banner.
7. Data retention
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 3 years for legal and financial compliance. Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law. You may request deletion of your account by emailing helpme@claudecash.co; we will delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time. To exercise any rights, email helpme@claudecash.co. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Data security
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. Connections are encrypted via TLS. API keys are stored hashed. We conduct periodic security reviews.
10. Grievance officer (India)
In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, the Grievance Officer is: ClaudeCash Support, helpme@claudecash.co. Grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
